Roma coach Luciano Spalletti insists there's no problems with winger Amantino Mancini after hooking the Brazilian early into the second-half of yesterday's 1-0 victory over Siena.

Spalletti said: "We struggled against a side that was very organised and spread itself well. We know that playing three games a week there will inevitably be repercussions on our stamina. There is no problem with Amantino Mancini. It's not unusual for someone who isn't performing to his usual standard to be substituted."

Roma chief Bruno Conti has declared none of their best players are for sale.

He said last night: "We are satisfied by the way players up to now have performed like Philippe Mexes, Mancini and Cristian Chivu. They are happy in Rome and we want that they remain. We do not have any intention to sell our champions."
