就现在的情况来说Zeman确实是个合适的人选
队里的小妖也多以进攻球员为主
Zeman也许是目前最能发挥他们潜能的教练了

不过成绩方面就不要抱太高期望了。。。
能进欧战就OK了

从对罗马的感情上讲泽曼绝对是没问题，激情也不缺，成绩不能要求太高，总比那些不靠谱的外来户强

<P><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Zdenek Zeman is on the verge of signing a contract with Roma after he held talks with the Giallorossi on Monday.</P>
<P>“I met director general Franco Baldini,” stated the current Pescara boss. “We spoke about a lot of things, but we’ll need to meet up again.</P>
<P>“When? I don’t know, that is for them to decide but I haven’t given them any ultimatums.”</P>
<P>Roma, according to the Corriere dello Sport, have offered the tactician a two-year contract to succeed Luis Enrique. Zeman, as is his style, has asked for a 12-month deal.</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There is also a difference of opinion when it comes to the Coach’s proposed salary.</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Roma have offered him 800,000 a season, plus bonuses. Zeman is looking for 1.1m, plus a 1m bonus should the Giallorossi qualify for the Champions League under his guidance.</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On his return to Pescara on Monday, Zeman then held talks with club President Daniele Sebastiani and sporting director Daniele Delli Carri to inform them of his desire to quit the club.</P>

<P>The agent of Marco Verratti says he wouldn’t be shocked if Roma made a bid for his client given the imminent arrival of Pescara boss Zdenek Zeman.</P>
<P>The latter has transformed the 19-year-old into a deep-lying playmaker and the boy was a key figure in the club’s promotion to Serie A.</P>
<P>Having been called up to Italy’s 32-man Euro 2012 squad before his axing yesterday, he’s also attracted the transfer interest of Juventus, Inter, Napoli and Roma.</P>
<P>“I can't exclude the fact that Zeman could ask the boy to Roma seeing as the Giallorossi have always been interested in Verratti,” agent Donato Di Campli told TMW on Tuesday.</P>
<P>“It would not surprise me if they made an official offer in the very near future.”</P>
<P>Juventus’ 8m bid for the Italian Under-21 international was rejected by Pescara recently. They insist that they want 12m for their star teenager.</P>
