alright guys.. I just returned from watching the game. IMO Roma played better than in the last game. But still.. nothing impressive so far.
Nonda was awful once again.. man even I can play better football than him. He does nothing for the game, while Mido for example runs back to midfield and does a pretty sweet combo with Mancini. Mido hit the post from a very sharp angle just before the end of the game.
best players: Mancini (if we sell him, we're screwed!), Mido

Roma tumble in Hamburg

A wasteful Roma were defeated in Hamburg, while Adrian Mutu shone for Fiorentina in a round-up of today’s friendly matches.
The Giallorossi were without Francesco Totti, Simone Perrotta, Daniele De Rossi, Leandro Cufre, Sami Kuffour, Rodrigo Taddei and Vincenzo Montella for the 1-0 loss in Germany.
Luciano Spalletti’s side played some good football, using a 4-2-3-1 system in the first half and experimenting with Christian Panucci as central defender in a 3-5-2 in the second, but Marco Cassetti’s error allowed Lauth to net the winner after 13 minutes.
Roma were unfortunate when Amantino Mancini was denied what appeared to be a penalty and Houssine Mido rattled the crossbar from close range.
