【永恒罗马网】7月20日罗马训练情况

      当地时间7月20日，罗马球员们在特里戈里亚基地进行了例行训练。

      维勒图、卡拉菲奥里正常训练，但没有参加训练赛。

      罗马球员们首先进行了热身，随后分为两组踢了一场队内训练赛。红队：卡尔迪纳里 / 卡尔斯多普，斯莫林，曼奇尼，切尔沃 / 佩雷斯，维拉尔，扎莱夫斯基，沙拉维 / 马约拉尔；蓝队：福扎托 / 雷诺兹，伊巴内斯，库姆布拉，特里皮 / 扎尼奥罗，波乌，佩莱格里尼，姆希塔良 / 哲科；迪亚瓦拉随时加入控球一方。

      马约拉尔在训练赛中打进一个精彩进球。

Come riferito da Il Messaggero, a Trigoria è tempo di lavorare gli esuberi, quei giocatori che non rientrano nei piani di Mourinho e che sono in attesa di cessione. Si tratta di Pedro, Pastore, Nzonzi, Santon e Fazio. Potranno disporre di un preparatore atletico, di alcuni fisioterapisti e delle stesse strutture della Prima squadra ma lo Special One ha fatto capire loro di doversi trovare un'altra sistemazione.

La Roma ieri ha battuto la Triestina per 1-0 grazie alla rete di Zalewski. Mister Mourinho ha concesso una giornata di riposo al gruppo, per riprendere domani con una doppia seduta (Vocegiallorossa.it sarà a Trigoria facendo la live della prima seduta), in vista dell'impegno contro il Debrecen, a Frosinone, di domenica prossima. Non per tutti sarà un day-off. Al Centro Sportivo Fulvio Bernardini sarà una giornata normale di lavoro per Rui Patricio, Calafiori (in ripresa dopo l'infortunio alla caviglia), Darboe e Veretout. Assente per infortunio il giovane primavera Feratovic.

      当地时间7月26日，罗马全队前往葡萄牙阿尔加维进行为期两周的集训。罗马公布了参加这一阶段集训的球员名单。

Roma landed in Algarve, Portugal earlier today and began late in the afternoon their first training session. The team will get the chance to prepare for a series of friendlies including vs Sevilla, Porto and Betis.
Soon, the team is expected to welcome the return of two Italian internationals. As reported by Teleradiostereo, Bryan Cristante and Alessandro Florenzi will land in Portugal on August 1st and join group training the day after.
Florenzi and his agent are looking for a long-term solution after the right-back’s loan spell at PSG came to an end three weeks ago.
Mourinho, however, wants to first assess the situation himself and monitor Florenzi in preseason training.

La Roma vola in Portogallo: ora il ritiro nel lusso a cinque stelle
La squadra questa mattina ha preso un volo per Faro, poi si sposterà nel resort Tivoli Carvoeiro
Comincia la fase 2 del ritiro della Roma. La squadra giallorossa questa mattina alle 9.30 ha preso un volo charter dal Terminal 5 di Fiumicino per Faro, in Portogallo. Da lì la squadra con il pullman raggiungerà il ritiro nell'Algarve: tutti al resost Tivoli Carvoeiro. Un struttura a cinque stelle che ospiterà la Roma fino al 7 agosto, dotata di tutti i confort e della privacy necessaria per trascorrere comodamente la preparazione estiva. I Friedkin per organizzare il ritiro hanno speso circa 400mila euro, e nei prossimi giorni raggiungeranno il gruppo per osservare gli allenamenti ma anche per godersi il lussuoso resort con campi da golf, piscine e ristoranti prestigiosi.
Intanto questo pomeriggio la squadra sosterrà il primo allenamento in Portogallo. Seduta di scarico dopo la partita di ieri sera contro il Debreceni, da domani si comincerà a fare sul serio per preparare le sfide contro Porto, Betis Siviglia e Siviglia. Presente nel ritiro anche Jordan Veretout che sta lavorando per recuperare dal problema al quadricipite destro.

Il Tempo fa il punto su Matias Vina, che oramai si allena a Trigoria da lunedì dopo essere sbarcato nella serata di domenica. Per formalizzare l'affare, bisogna aspettare ancora un pochino di tempo.
Come riferito da Teleradiostereo, il Palmeiras sta valutando le modalità di pagamento proposte dalla Roma, che vuole pagare tramite un istituto finanziario, pratica poco utilizzata in Brasile.

The game, which will take place at the Estadio Municipal da Bela Vista in the Algarve, is scheduled for Wednesday 4 August.

Roma are delighted to join forces with three other major European clubs to participate in the Unbeatables Cup - a friendly event aiming to help fight sudden cardiac arrest.
The Giallorossi will face Real Betis at the Benito Villamarin on Saturday 7 August, with kick-off at 22:00 CEST.
Earlier in the day, meanwhile, fellow Serie A side Fiorentina will host Espanyol in a game at the Artemio Franchi.
Kick-off in that contest is at 19:00 CEST.
Both games are being played to support the Unbeatables foundation (www.unbeatables.it), which is dedicated to research into sudden cardiac arrest deaths in both athletes and the general public.
The aim of both games is to raise awareness and support for the research being undertaken - and the importance of preventative measures such as easy access to defibrillator machines at sporting facilities and CPR awareness for all.
