Rothschild's memorandum for the sale of Roma arrived today in the mail of the 12 interested parties, which are from Italy, USA, Russia, China, India and the Middle East. Non-binding offers must be submitted by 3 November. All 12 parties are apparently serious about their interest, although this first phase will reveal which ones will pursue it further.
