Doni - 6.0: Aside from pick the ball out of the net once, Doni had very few saves to make this afternoon. Reasonably sound in coming off his line.
Motta - 7.5: Once again very impressive. Created an early disallowed goal for Menez, and skipped past Pasquale on many occasions. The Di Natale assist did come from his side, but Motta can't really be criticised.
Mexes - 5.0: Very poor this afternoon. Twice allowed Udinese to have excellent headed chances, and also should have conceded a penalty for a blatant handball.
Panucci - 6.5: Solid performance from the 35-year-old veteran, who remained calm and collected while those around him were losing their heads.
Riise - 5.5: Excellent against Inter last week, Riise did not really show up this afternoon. Contributed nothing going forward, and had the odd problem against Floro Flores.
De Rossi - 4.0: Should have led by example, but failed to do so in every sense. Passing was inaccurate, and he then got himself stupidly sent off on 67 minutes for dissent. May have been feeling blue due to the flu, but that was no excuse to lose his head and see red. Off to bed!
Pizarro - 6.0: Sprayed a few passes around the pitch in the first half, but did not even make it to half time after suffering an ankle injury. A potentially huge blow ahead of the Arsenal game.
Menez - 6.5: Started the game well, and had a goal disallowed goal on 20 minutes. With a lack of minutes under his belt, the Frenchman began to tire and he was substituted.
Brighi - 7.0: Never stopped running all game, and was Roma's most consistent man in the middle-of-the-park. Set-up the early chance for Taddei.
Taddei - 6.5: Quiet for long periods of the game, but did have some inspired moments, such as when he released Montella through on goal. Squandered a fine early opportunity.
Baptista - 5.5: Began the afternoon confidently, but soon lost his way. Just far too inconsistent is 'The Beast'.

UDINESE
Handanovic - 6.0: Very dodgy on crosses this afternoon, and could have been punished at the end. Did make a one-on-one save from Montella though.
Zapata - 6.0: Aside from allowing Vucinic to slip past him for Roma's goal, Zapata was mostly solid and powerful. Missed one great opportunity down the other end though.
Coda - 7.0: Linked up well with Felipe at the back, and comfortably dealt with Baptista for most of the game.
Felipe - 8.0: Showed today why he was such a highly-rated talent a few years ago. Made a number of classy interceptions, and scored Udinese's goal down the other end. Can he stay fit though?
Pasquale - 5.5: Udinese's weak-link. Fortunate not to be punished by Taddei for an early error, and was regularly beaten by Motta, particularly in the first half.
Inler - 6.0: Not performing to the same levels of last season, but held his own in Rome. Created one fine chance for Zapata, and also should have won a penalty.
D'Agostino - 6.0: Knocked a few passes around the pitch, but was not a major influence, even if his set-pieces were good.
Asamoah - 6.5: Has been playing well lately, and did his reputation no harm this afternoon. Showed good energy.
Pepe - 6.0: Hard-working, tirelessly moving up and down the right flank all afternoon. The end product was often lacking though. Is Pepe really of international quality?
Floro Flores - 7.0: Very lively today. Roasted Riise on 17 minutes and shot into the side-netting, but comically squandered a golden headed chance when he mistimed his jump.
Di Natale - 7.0: Not at his explosive best, but still played a huge part in this game. Created Felipe's goal, and also put a chance on a plate for Floro Flores.
