By Staff Writer According to reports in yesterday's Sun newspaper, AS Roma and AC Milan have joined the race to sign Manchester United striker, Ruud Van Nistelrooy. Spurs were linked with Van Nistelrooy over the weekend by the same paper, who reported that a £7 million bid had been by Spurs for the player. The involvement of AS Roma in the chase for Ruud will further complicate Spurs attempts to sign their on-loan striker, Mido.
