1、上面的条款最新是2005年。但如大家所知的，最新国际足联是修改过这一条款的。所以新的条款内容到底是什么，还未可知。我们所知÷的，是针对买断条款的条件有修改
2、除了合同到期和双方协商解约，国际足联的转会规则中还列举了2种终止合同的情形：
1）第15条 Terminating a Contract for Sporting Just Cause
An established Professional who has, in the course of the Season, appeared in less than 10% of the Offi cial Matches in which his club has been involved may terminate his contract prematurely on the grounds of sporting just cause. Due consideration shall be given to the
player’s circumstances in the appraisal of such cases. The existence of sporting just cause shall be established on a case-by-case basis. In such a case, sporting sanctions shall not be imposed, though compensation may be payable. A Professional may only terminate his contract on this basis in the 15 days following the last Offi cial Match of the Season of the club for which he is registered.
因竞技原因终止合同。条件是：一个球员出场次数在该球队所有正式比赛的10％以下，有权凭借此条款终止合同。这种情况要做正确的考察。这种情况下，不会允许该球员为新东家上场，尽管转会费是要支付的。球员只有在俱乐部参加的最后一场正式比赛的15天之内提出才可以用。
2）第17条 Consequences of Terminating a Contract Without Just Cause
In all cases, the party in breach shall pay compensation. Subject to the provisions of Art. 20 and annex 4 in relation to Training Compensation, and unless otherwise provided for in the contract, compensation for breach shall be calculated with due consideration for the law of the country concerned, the specifi city of sport, and any other objective criteria. These criteria shall include, in particular, the remuneration and other benefi ts due to the player under the existing contract and/or the new contract, the time remaining on the existing contract up to a maximum of fi ve years, the fees and expenses paid or incurred by the Former Club (amortised over the term of the contract) and whether the contractual breach falls within a Protected Period.
这里就出现了保护期限。

In addition to the obligation to pay compensation, sporting sanctions shall also be imposed on any player found to be in breach of contract during the Protected Period. This sanction shall be a restriction of four months on his eligibility to play in Offi cial Matches. In the case of aggravating circumstances, the restriction shall last six months. In all cases, these sporting sanctions shall take effect from the start of the following Season of the New Club. Unilateral breach without just cause or sporting just cause after the Protected Period will not result in sporting sanctions. Disciplinary measures may, however, be imposed outside of the Protected Period for failure to give due notice of termination (i.e. within fi fteen days following the last match of the Season). The Protected Period starts again when, while renewing the contract, the duration of the previous contract is extended.
