Fiorentina Interested In Roma Midfieder Taddei - Agent
The agent of Roma midfielder Rodrigo Taddei, Alessandro Lucci, has admitted that Fiorentina are tracking his client, but does not know if a transfer will happen.
"The Viola like him, but Roma also see him as an important player," he explained to Radio Blu on Wednesday.
However, the agent admitted that at the moment, Taddei's future with Roma is uncertain and could depend on whether the club is sold.
"Of course the situation with the Giallorossi is not defined, so we cannot start any negotiations right now," he continued, referring to the potential change in ownership to the Fioranelli group that has been reported in the press.
The Brazilian made 36 appearances for Roma in all competitions in 2008-09. A move to Florence would allow him to participate in the Champions League, as Roma did not qualify for the competition after coming in sixth place in Serie A.
