As Italy awaits news regarding the sales of Antonio Cassano and Mancini, AS Roma announced the sale of one of their most promosing youngsters, Giuseppe Scurto.

The 21 year-old defender was sold to Chievo with the very Italian ‘compropie ta’ formula, menaning Roma still own half of his contract.

At the end of this season, Roma will decide whether to bring him back to the Eternal City, or whether to allow Chievo to gain full ownership over his services
