Lee's Agent Dismisses Roma Rumours 21/10/2006 2.23 Goal.com

Lee Young-pyo’s agent has dismissed rumours that the Tottenham Hotspur defender is looking to move to AS Roma in January.

The South Korean international turned down a move to the Italian giants at the end of August but, after losing his place in Martin Jol’s team, reports in Italy suggested that he was keen to try again when the transfer window reopens.

Not according to his agent.

“This story has no basis in fact at all,” said Kim Dong-guk to South Korean portal JoyNews 24.

“There is nothing to say about it.”

The former PSV Eindhoven star refused to reveal why he didn’t join the 2001 Serie A champions, saying only that his decision was based on ‘personal reasons.’

买人不仅要看实力、身价，也要看人品。

如果真买进他，日后的问题比较多：

一来球迷不欢迎他，在球迷压力下能不能踢好球很难说。

二来帕努奇等意大利球员也不喜欢他，他来的话会影响更衣室氛围。

希望光头仔细考虑下。
