Amelia opens Bayern door

Livorno goalkeeper Marco Amelia has admitted he wouldn’t turn down the chance to join Bayern Munich this summer.
The Italian No 2 has been associated with the Bundesliga champions and would love the opportunity to succeed the departing Oliver Kahn.
意大利二号门将阿梅表示今夏他不会拒绝加盟拜仁，以顶替离去的卡恩。
“Can I see myself with Luca Toni at Bayern? I’d run there if they called me,” commented the former Roma youth team shot-stopper.
“我会不会在拜仁和托尼一起？如果接到召唤，我将跑步去拜仁。”这位罗马青训营出身的门将说。
Amelia is expected to move on during the summer after his beloved Amaranto were relegated from Italy’s top flight.
“There is a good chance that I will be sold,” he continued. “That’s because I don’t think the club want to focus on me in the Second Division.
“However, nothing is for certain just yet and I only want to concentrate on the Italian national side and Euro 2008 for now.”

Amelia, named in Roberto Donadoni’s Azzurri squad yesterday, could also be a transfer target for Palermo and Lazio.
Bayern Munich are also known to be monitoring the personal situation of Fiorentina net-minder Sebastien Frey after his heroics this term.
