JOL - MIDO DEAL NEARLY DONE

Martin Jol expects the financial side of Mido's permanent move to Spurs from Roma to be sorted out "in the next couple of weeks".

The Tottenham boss has revealed that discussions to sign the on-loan Egyptian striker permanently are almost reaching fruition.

"It should all be sorted out before the end of the season," he said.

"He wants to stay and although we have not sorted out the financial side, that should happen in the next couple of weeks."

马丁·乔尔：米多的转会接近完成

热刺主教练马丁·乔尔希望米多的转会能在未来两周内完成.

他同时透露两家俱乐部就转会费问题已接近达成一致.

"所有事项将在赛季结束前完成."他说.

"米多想留下,尽管目前我们还没就转会费问题达成一致,但在未来两星期内会见分晓."

“We are talking to Tottenham, we are talking to Roma and we are talking to some other clubs,” Raiola said. “Although we have not excluded Tottenham yet, other clubs are ahead of them now. We are standing still with Spurs and nothing is concluded.

“I am disappointed we have not concluded a deal with Tottenham and I find it strange. I am not so confident that Tottenham are willing to invest the money that they need to invest in order to get Mido.

“He is not a free transfer and there are other teams in England and in Europe, as big and even bigger than Tottenham, who have an appetite for Mido. Tottenham have not expressed a willingness to conclude the deal and that has surprised me.”
