皇马改口说,并没有和罗马进行任何实质性的商谈,目前只停留在感兴趣阶段。
主席佩雷斯表示不会在冬季转会购入卡萨诺。一切等到明年再说。
Real rebuff Cassano claims
Real Madrid have denied claims they have opened negotiations with Roma for Antonio Cassano, but did hint a future move is a possibility.
The skilful but controversial front man looks to be on his way from Stadio Olimpico after a fall-out with coach Luigi Delneri, and a public dressing down from president Franco Sensi.
Sensi stated that Cassano's 'character problems' made it likely he would look to offload the striker rather than extend his contract.
Cassano has also been left out by Delneri in recent weeks leading to inevitable speculation that he could be sold as early as the January transfer window.
Juventus, Milan, Chelsea and Real Betis have all been linked with the 22-year-old, but it was Real Madrid who were reported to have made the firmest move for the Italy international.
However, Real president Florentino Perez has dismissed claims of an imminent transfer, but revealed Los Merengues could move for the player next summer.
"Our last contact with Roma was in the summer, for Walter Samuel's affair," Perez told Radio RAI.
"We have a good relationship with Roma, their officials and president Sensi's family. As a result we could talk about it next year."
