Goal 評分
Buffon: 6 – Couldn't do too much on the goals that beat him, but made an excellent save in injury time from Guardado.Zambrotta: 5 – Should have conceded a penalty for a blatant foul from behind on Vela, and was far too slow as many of Mexico's lightning attacks came down his side.Bonucci: 5 – Was at fault for Mexico's goal as he tried to push up to play onside. Caught out of position too many times, but did score Italy's consolation.Cannavaro: 5 – A few important interceptions but was pulled around too much by Hernandez and Vela. Needs his defence to be more compact, or he could struggle in South Africa.Criscito: 6 – The best of a shaky backline. Made a goal-saving tackle on 24 minutes, although the second goal did come from his side.De Rossi: 5 - Not for the first time he failed to reproduce his club form for his country. His mistake led to Barrera's one-on-one, and was outplayed in midfield by Juarez and Torrado.Marchisio: 6 – Other than Criscito, the Juventus midfielder can be the only Italian even mildly content with his performance.Pirlo: 5 – Outstanding in the first two minutes, but then very disappointing in the next 88. The game passed him by as he strolled around.Di Natale: 4 – He scored 29 Serie A goals this season, but made next to no impact this evening. Hooked at half-time he was so ineffective.Gilardino: 4 – Had a header one minute after entering the pitch, and another header a minute before he left the pitch. In between, did he even touch the ball?Iaquinta: 4 – Ran and ran and ran, but did nothing. Headed against the crossbar in the first minute when it was harder to miss than score.SubsPepe: 4.5 – Failed backheel is up there with Cristian Molinaro's for Juventus earlier in the season in terms of comedy.Pazzini: 5 – If there is no creativity, Pazzini may as well not be on the pitch.Maggio: 5 – Never got into the game.Quagliarella: 5 – Same as above. |
