With all the incoming stars at the Spanish club, Negredo is unlikely to find much space, but the club do not want to sell their young striker on an outright basis. However, they are willing to loan the player to Roma, an option the capital club are seriously considering after the player's agent complimented the Italian club last week and hinted that it would be a good destination for his client. Meanwhile, Marco Borriello may now be surplus to requirements at Milan with the arrival of Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, and the Giallorossi are considering taking a chance on the player, who was injured for a majority of the 2008-09 campaign. Alternatives for the Serie A outfit are Roman Pavlyuchenko of Tottenham Hotspur and promising Siena striker Abdelkader Ghezzal.
