<P>In a deal which looks certain to please both players involved, 27-year-old midfielder Brighi may leave Roma to move on to greener pastures in Turin, while unsettled 32-year-old striker Di Michele (pictured) could move the other way. <BR><BR>Brighi has seen his first team chances diminish of late and is now considered the fifth-choice central midfielder in the squad. Despite his talent and ability, which would allow him to command a starting position in virtually any other club in Serie A, Brighi spent time at Brescia with current Torino coach Gianni De Biasi, and the relationship between the two may help to force through a possible swap.<BR><BR>Di Michele has been frustrated at the Granata and would welcome a move elsewhere to boost his ailing career. A place in the Giallorossi squad would certainly assure the player of a better opportunity to win silverware. Luciano Spalletti knows the attacker well from his time at Udinese and it is thought that he would welcome the player at Trigoria. <BR><BR>The deal originally started as a one way affair, with Roma attempting to negotiate with Torino for the signature of David Di Michele, but the offer from the Giallorossi was too low. The addition of Brighi however, seems to have sweetened the pot, and both teams are now believed to be willing to proceed with the deal. <BR><BR>Thus, a last-gasp transfer window swap may be pushed through in the coming days.<BR> </P>
