Federico Pastorello revealed yesterday: "In the past months we have worked a lot with (Roma director general) Daniele Prade on the topic of Mathieu.
"The only problem I see is that Roma had hoped to sign him as a relative unknown. But now many people are aware of him and that means his price is going up."
