      当地时间7月16日上午9：30，罗马球员们在Riscone进行了例行训练。

      发烧的马奎尼奥斯出现在场边，但没有参加训练。

      罗马球员们首先进行了一个多小时的封闭训练，随后训练才向媒体和球迷开放。

      罗马球员们进行了分组对抗训练，第1组：斯科鲁普斯基 / 克雷辛泽，耶德瓦伊，罗马尼奥利，多多 / 弗洛雷斯，布拉德利，皮亚尼奇 / 拉梅拉，博列洛，托蒂；第2组：洛邦特 / 托洛西迪斯，贝纳蒂亚，卡斯坦，巴尔扎雷蒂 / 塔代伊，布尔迪索（维雷），马尔奎尼奥 / 卡普拉里，奥斯瓦尔多，塔罗。

      大约100名球迷在场边观看了球队的训练。

      当天中午11：35，麦孔抵达Riscone报到，并且和巴西同胞马尔奎尼奥进行了简短交流。

Maybe it's not the time to set targets. We first need to get back our confidence as a team and in ourselves. On paper we've got a squad that could qualify for Europe and the Champions League: we can fight for these goals, but there's no point talking publicly about them now."CRITICISM "Criticism is never nice but it can be warranted. We knew we might come in for some: we got some stick after the derby and we will be criticised again in the future. Obviously it's not nice, but we need to be able to earn our support. It's up to us to bounce back and come together again. I believe that, whatever happens, the fans support the club and they'll cheer for Roma come the start of the season."LAST SEASON "What were we missing last season? Perhaps a little bit of experience, but in football the league table never lies. Now we clearly have players with international experience who can help the younger guys."WORLD CUP ON THE HORIZON "Everyone dreams of playing for the national team: I was involved for two years but I haven't been called up for the last six months. "La prossima volta aspetto in albergo (ride, ndr)".Il gruppo è forte, siete molto concentrati… "è diverso, abbiamo perso una partita imprescindibile per chiudere una stagione non buona. Era un premio per i nostri tifosi, abbiamo sbagliato, non abbiamo giocato bene. Abbiamo meritato di non vincere. Non abbiamo fatto il nostro gioco, quest'anno dobbiamo giocare al meglio e fare meglio".Oggi è arrivato Maicon. L'hai incontrato? "Ci siamo visti qui al campo, è una bella persona. Ci siamo visti già in aeroporto in altre occasioni, è una bravissima persona e un bravissimo giocatore. Penso che possa dare tantissimo".Può aiutare la squadra a livello di mentalità? "è un vincente, sa come si vince. Ha una mentalità vincente, può aiutare i giovani".Quale potrebbe essere la tua collocazione nel 4-3-3? "Ho già fatto 5-6 ruoli diversi.       当地时间7月16日下午17：30，罗马球员们在Riscone进行了例行训练。

      当天中午报到的麦孔、发烧初愈的马奎尼奥斯、贝纳蒂亚进行单独训练。

      罗马球员们首先进行了热身，随后被分为三组进行了传接球和射门训练，守门的分别是斯科鲁普斯基、洛邦特、塞尔吉奥。最后罗马球员们用杠铃和实心球进行了肌肉训练。

      今天罗马球员们在训练中的气氛显然比之前更加轻松，布尔迪索还在训练后和塔罗开着玩笑。

        日前，美国职业大联盟官官网今天正式公布了本赛季大联盟的全明星阵容，这支由亨利领衔的球队将在7月31日对阵意甲罗马队，而亨利和托蒂的对话无疑备受期待。罗马在夏季已经加紧了引援工作，而球队的热身赛级计划也已经早早确定。罗马将在7-8月访问美国进行巡回赛，其中包括7月31日在堪萨斯城进行的美国职业大联盟全明星赛。
       在这份20人的全明星大名单中囊括了本年度在大联盟中发挥最出色的球员，其中岁引人瞩目的球员当属纽约红牛队的法国前锋亨利。在本赛季已经进行的大联盟比赛中，亨利已经打进7球。除了“大帝”，还有很多我们熟悉的名字，包括迪瓦约、罗比-基恩、蒂姆-卡希尔等多名驰骋欧洲赛场多年的老将都在这份名单中。
       除此之外，全明星名单还有翁多洛夫斯基这样的本土球员，首发11人阵容由球迷投票产生，而全明星队的主教练沃尔梅斯则负责挑选其余球员。全明星队的对手罗马队目前正在意大利的布鲁尼克进行集训，他们将在22日结束夏训前往美国开始季前赛的备战。在美国巡回赛期间，出去参加全明星赛之外，罗马还将可能与切尔西进行一场友谊赛。届时罗马队中的美国球星布拉德利，无疑将会受到当地球迷的热烈欢迎。

      马奎尼奥斯和麦孔在健身房训练；贝纳蒂亚单独训练。

      罗马球员们首先进行了热身，随后分为两组进行了对抗训练，绿队：塞尔吉奥 / 克雷辛泽，布尔迪索，卡斯坦，多多 / 维雷，马尔奎尼奥 / 拉梅拉，托蒂，塔罗 / 奥斯瓦尔多；红队：洛邦特 / 托洛西迪斯，耶德瓦伊，罗马尼奥利，巴尔扎雷蒂 / 布拉德利，皮亚尼奇，塔代伊 / 卡普拉里，博列洛，弗洛雷斯。

      之后罗马球员们又进行了4对4的对抗训练和射门训练；最后全队还进行了角球攻防训练，主罚角球的是卡普拉里，其余球员则分为进攻和防守组训练。

      罗马当天下午17：30将和当地一支低级别球队踢今夏首场热身赛。

当地时间7月17日，罗马俱乐部在自己的官方网站上发布公告，正式公布了今夏北美之行的日程安排和三场热身赛时间。

罗马全队将在7月28日从意大利出发赶往美国堪萨斯，7月31日罗马将在堪萨斯同美职联全明星队踢一场全明星赛。8月1日至5日罗马将在波士顿进行集训，随后飞往加拿大多伦多，8月6日将在多伦多进行一次公开训练，8月7日参加同多伦多FC的热身赛。8月10日20：00，罗马将在美国华盛顿同切尔西踢一场热身赛，随后返回罗马。
