光头留任可能性更大些，罗马没那魄力和财力。

普兰德利在对青年队员的培养上比光头强的多，光头在罗马这几年激情已经被磨平了。

培养青年队员强就当青年队教练好了，就算光头激情没了也不影响当主教练

Sampdoria Coach Walter Mazzarri To Replace Luciano Spalletti At Roma - Report

Sampdoria coach Walter Mazzarri has been linked with a place on the Roma bench.

Il Giorno claims there could be a change happening at Trigoria this season as the 'Doria man is getting ready to make the move south should Lupi coach Luciano Spalletti head for the exit door this summer.

The Milan-based publication claims the Giallorossi tactician is fed up of having to deal with all the pressure surrounding him and he could leave for a role with either Juventus or Milan. Voices surrounding the coach imply that he would like to make the step up and boss one of Italy's greatest club sides next season.

However, the move to Milan seems difficult. Vice president Adriano Galliani has always affirmed that his coach, Carlo Ancelotti, will see out his contract, which expires in 2010. Therefore, Spalletti to Milan seems unlikely.

As for Juventus, it's almost the same situation. Directors at Vinovo have faith in Claudio Ranieri and thus a change does not look possible at this stage.

The objective at Roma is to qualify for next season’s Champions League. Reports suggest that failure to finish in fourth place could lead to the club making plans for the future by shuffling things around, starting on the bench.

Curiosa la rassegna stampa di questa mattina. Su due differenti quotidiani, l'uno sportivo l'altro generalista, si parla del futuro dell'allenatore della Roma, Luciano Spalletti.
E così, mentre il Corriere dello Sport si dice sicuro che il tecnico toscano rimarrà sulla panchina giallorossa anche nella prossima stagione, il Giorno anticipa addirittura il nome del sostituto di mister Spalletti: vale a dire l'attuale tecnico della Sampdoria, Walter Mazzarri.
Secondo il quotidiano di piazza Indipendenza, l'attuale allenatore della Roma sarebbe in decisa  sintonia con la società e i suoi collaboratori sarebbero già in fermento per visionare la location di montagna del prossimo ritiro giallorosso.
Il giornale lombardo rivela invece che per Mazzarri sarebbe già pronto un contratto da 1 milione di euro a stagione.
Quale sarà la verità? Come diceva il sommo scrittore, "Ai posteri l'ardua sentenza".

马扎里是个好教练，这点我绝对承认。但是与斯帕莱蒂相似的是，马扎里也是以进攻见长的教练。只是罗马的问题从来都是防守。如果非要换帅，拜托找个会教导防守的先。
