Serie A pair for Bianchi battle
Unsettled Manchester City marksman Rolando Bianchi looks increasingly likely to return to the peninsula in January with two possible destinations.
The Atalanta youth product fired his way into the spotlight with an 18-goal haul at minnows Reggina last term and earned an £8.8m move to Eastlands.
However, since hitting the target on his debut against West Ham, Bianchi has fallen out of boss Sven Goran Eriksson’s plans.
Bianchi recently admitted that he will consider leaving in January unless he receives more playing time and his ultimatum seems to have gone unheeded.
According to The Guardian, Milan and Palermo are ready to compete for the 24-year-old’s signature in the winter transfer window.
While the Rossoneri are stuttering and look wasteful in front of goal, the Sicilians may also be on the hunt for a new hitman as Amauri is likely to leave for a bigger club.
