Roma have been told they have until tomorrow night to wrap up negotiations and sign Udinese-owned Marco Motta permanently. Friulani director Sergio Gasparini has issued the Giallorossi with an ultimatum and Motta could risk heading back to Udine following his loan spell in the capital. Motta is currently away with the Azzurrini in the Under-21 European Championship in Sweden, but his agents have been working overtime trying to wrap up a deal. The latest reports suggest the move should go to plan and that an official announcement is expected today. However, Gasparini has not heard from Roma so far. "Will Roma sign Motta for good? You have to ask them, but they still have time until tomorrow night in order to do so," the director told Tuttomercatoweb.com "Usually the option deals take place the day before the deadline is set to expire. "We have not received any contact or a fax [confirming the deal] from the Roman club, but there is still some time." Roma are expected to pay 3.5 million to obtain full rights for Motta. <P>应该是说赛季结束后罗马有权用3.5m买下一半所有权，或者7m买下全部。</P>
<P>但是现在已经选择了买一半，那这个条款就用完了，剩下的一半怎么搞还要双方重新协商</P>

L’A.S. Il corrispettivo previsto in favore dell’Udinese Calcio per l’acquisizione a titolo definitivo è stabilito in 7 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, da corrispondersi in tre annualità tramite LNP, di cui 2,2 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, nella stagione sportiva 2009-2010, 2,6 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, nella stagione sportiva 2010-2011, e 2,2 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, nella stagione sportiva 2011-2012.

罗马俱乐部6月24日宣布使用对莫塔的优先共有权。根据罗马与乌迪内斯于2009年2月1日签订的协议，从2009-20赛季起两家俱乐部将共同拥有莫塔。
莫塔的转会费为700万欧元，分三年支付。其中2009-10赛季220万欧元，2010-11赛季260万欧元，2011-12赛季220万欧元。
同时罗马以350万将莫塔的一半所有权转让给乌迪内斯，同样分三年支付。其中2009-10赛季110万欧元，2010-11赛季130万欧元，2011-12赛季110万欧元。
