After a fairly inconsistent debut season at Roma, the Italian club will likely part ways with winger Jeremy Menez during the off-season, according to Il Messaggero.
The player has been unable to make an impact since arriving from Monaco, scoring just twice in 25 Serie A appearances. The 21-year-old had even become unsettled in recent months, complaining to the press about his lack of opportunities and the club's reliance of captain Francesco Totti.
Despite his troubles in Italy, the Frenchman has no shortage of suitors back home with both Girondins Bordeaux and Toulouse thought to be interested.
The Giallorossi may try and develop a swap deal with Toulouse for highly rated left-back Jeremy Mathieu.
Menez was a significant investment for the Giallorossi, costing the club approximately 12 million in late August. He was brought in as a replacement for the departing duo of Amantino Mancini and Ludovic Giuly.
