足球世界网报道　埃弗顿在上赛季的英超联赛力夺联赛第四获得了冠军联赛的入场券后，主教练莫耶斯便一直致力于加强球队实力。不过埃弗顿在英超却接连碰壁，除了成功引进热刺右前卫西蒙.戴维斯，莫耶斯青睐的帕克等球星先后被竞争对手抢走。不得已，他把目光放在了防守至上的意甲联赛，乌迪内斯的丹麦国脚克罗尔德鲁普便是他引援计划的第一个战利品。在尝到了甜头后，莫耶斯再度锁定了意甲的后卫，而罗马的中卫费拉里则成为了他最新的目标。这名苏格兰主教练期待在英超启用意甲球员的中卫搭档。

　　现年25岁的费拉里的职业生涯在1997-1998赛季从意乙的热那亚开始，1999年8月29日代表巴里0-1不敌佛罗伦萨是他的第一场意甲联赛。后效力于莱切、国际米兰。2001-2002转会帕尔马，在第二个赛季成为球队的主力中后卫，2001-2002赛季随队夺得意大利杯。但是自2004-2005赛季以帕尔马队长的身份加盟罗马后，费拉里被定位成罗马队后卫线上的核心。不过整个赛季费拉里的表现让人不敢恭维，他领衔的后防漏洞百出，这让罗马队甚至到了联赛的最后几轮还有降级的危险。可以说这次的转会极为失败，因为费拉里在罗马毁掉了自己整体的防守意识。不过也正因为如此，埃弗顿只需要付出250万英镑就可以从罗马带走费拉里，莫耶斯认为，这名年轻的意大利中卫拥有着极高的天赋，他相信在自己的培养下费拉里能够重新找回自信与状态。

Everton move on for Roma's Ferrari

The Italy international has agreed terms on a five-year contract worth £1.4 million-a-season after discussions this week in England.

Ferrari underwent a medical yesterday and is expected to sign for Everton on an initial season-long loan with the view to a permanent transfer.

经纪人表示，费拉里想离开罗马 在奥林匹克踢球让他厌倦 对于他的困难，队友也没有施加援手云云 还透露，假如罗马放行，基本可能就是租借 Ferrari drives out of Roma Matteo Ferrari’s agent has confirmed that the defender is ready to leave Roma this summer following a disappointing campaign.

“There is a very good chance he’ll be wearing another team jersey this season,” his agent Giovanni Corci told a local radio station.

“Matteo has had a troubled term, but he is certainly one of the best central defenders that Italy has. Nobody took into account how tiring the Olympic games were for him and the other members of that squad, so it certainly didn’t help his situation.”

Much was expected of Ferrari when he made the move from Parma to the Stadio Olimpico last year, as the youngster was already an Italian international and now has 10 caps to his name.

However, he failed to settle into an already nervous squad and made several costly errors, so he could now move on loan to rediscover his form.

“It’s true that we have been linked with Everton, but there are also other clubs interested in his services,” continued the representative. “If Roma do release him, it will only be on loan and there is a good chance this will happen.”

The fans will have mixed feelings about this news – on the one hand they were critical of his performances, but on the other the club is unable to sign a replacement for a year due to FIFA’s transfer embargo.
