The striking new AS Roma match kit, born out of the collaboration between New Balance and British luxury streetwear brand Aries, is available to buy now.
The kit will be worn for the first time by Roma Women on November 26 for the league match against Pomigliano, before Mourinho's men wear it in Japan for the eagerly-anticipated match against Yokohama F. Marinos on November 28.
To celebrate the tour of Japan that the first-team squad will take this week, the names of captain Lorenzo Pellegrini and all his teammates will be written in Japanese characters on the back of their Aries jerseys.
This special custom option is also available for fans when ordering shirts with selected players on the back: they can order the option on their shirts for Pellegrini, Paulo Dybala, Tammy Abraham and Nicolo Zaniolo.
Paying homage to the club's traditional colours, the jerseys feature a diagonal stripe marbling yellow and red, while the colour of the pre-match jersey is black, interrupted by yellow running down the sleeves and a red tinge on the back.
The goalkeeper's jersey, on the other hand, is a cosmic fusion of colours typical of the Aries style, inspired by trash culture, outsider art and illustration, influences that are fundamental to the brand and its Roman founder Sofia Prantera.
