Roman Odyssey: Dacourt Sidelined Until Next Year

AS Roma will have to do without precious midfielder Olivier Dacourt until next year.
The French international suffered an injury to his right thigh, and will need at least two months to recover.
This leaves Roma coach Gigi Delneri only three central midfield options, namely Daniele De Rossi, Simone Perrotta, and Alberto Aquilani.
The latter two are set to start against Bayer Leverkusen tomorrow evening, as De Rossi has to sit out his three match suspension.
Another illustrious absentee for tomorrow night’s clash is Antonio Cassano, who Delneri dropped from the Giallorosso squad as a result of Sunday’s locker-room clash.
