罗马股票被暂停交易？

(Reuters) - Shares in Italian Serie A soccer club AS Roma were suspended from trading on Thursday pending a statement, the Milan bourse said.

Earlier, newspaper Finanza e Mercati reported that a group of financiers including construction entrepreneur Pierluigi Toti had offered 150 million euros plus repayment of outstanding debts to buy the club.

Roma earlier this month denied that there were any talks on the sale of a controlling stake.

Shares in Roma, which has a market value of 89 million euros, have surged 42 percent so far this year.

10/17/2003. AS Roma midfielder Olivier Dacourt has spoken out over the proposed reduction in wages that the club's players may have to take.

Shares in the Giallorossi were suspended yesterday, and a report in Italy claimed that a group of financiers had offered 150 million euros plus repayment of outstanding debts to buy the club[/COLOR].

"We players must still receive the back-pay that is owed to us, it doesn't seem to be a road we can go down," Dacourt said on the proposed reduction of wages.

"In 11 years in the profession it is the first time that I find myself in this situation."

长痛不如短痛，什么降薪、整顿早应该开始了，这也是很必要的

不过就算降薪也要讲点谈判艺术，毕竟减钱的事是没有任何人会高兴的，降薪的幅度也不能一下子减的太大，免得起反作用就得不偿失了

Roma reveal financial woes Friday 17 October, 2003

Roma admit they may be forced to sell stars this summer, while Olivier Dacourt demands his late wages are paid.


The Giallorossi have been struggling with financial problems since the summer, when a late credit agreement was needed to register the club for the Serie A Championship.


There were also doubts over their funds when Ajax threatened to take back Cristian Chivu for delays in payment. That matter has now been resolved.


However, the club shares were suspended on the stock exchange yesterday when it emerged that the Consob had not approved of the balance sheet and ordered an increase of capital.


According to these reports, Roma are dealing with £69m in debts and the players have not been paid for four months.


The situation is made worse by the fact the club was only allowed to register for Serie A after a loan from Capitalia of £20m, which will begin repayment in December.


“Selling players in January is certainly a possibility,” conceded Director General Franco Baldini on Friday, “but we don’t want to leap into that plan of action.”


Chelsea could well take advantage of the situation by renewing their £20m bid for Brazilian midfielder Emerson, a proposal that was rejected over the summer.


However, the real problem seems to lie with the players and Olivier Dacourt spoke out on their view.


“I don’t think that accepting a pay cut would be a possible solution,” said the former Leeds United man. “We are still waiting for our last four months’ worth of wages and those must come first.”


“In eleven years of my career I had never before reached this point with a club. This is a first for me.”

这个问题比较专业,而且罗马俱乐部的具体上市情况如何我们也不太了解

只能说既然俱乐部是一家上市公司,那么它就应该遵从上市公司的一切法令行事

不知道意大利的法律怎么规定
按我国有关法律规定，上市公司法人性质是股份有限公司，它的经营活动等行为受公司法调整。
森西是最大的股东，以他的出资额承担有限责任

这些人中包括有一个叫todi（中文也叫托蒂）的，是个建筑商，也是罗马的球迷，赛季初就曾有森西想把罗马转给他的新闻。

从现有的新闻来看罗马的经济问题相当严重，可以不卖球星的度过的话就是万幸。减薪是势在必行的了，不过球员4个月没拿到工资还可以打到现在这个份上相当不易，这里面除了他们让人感动的敬业精神外，卡佩罗的统御能力以及几位队长的号召力和影响力应该也起了相当大的作用。

森西主席的家底估计是耗不起足球这个产业了，那么如此的话最好是他能将俱乐部出售转卖给其他愿意继续投资罗马的那些人

罗马俱乐部作为一家上市公司,大部分股份掌握在一家控股公司roma 2000手里,后者无疑这是森西家族控制的.

从纯粹法律意义上说,足球俱乐部也是经营性质的法人,自然要遵守相关公司法律的规定.上市公司的法律法规肯定是要遵守的.所以森西尽管经常大话,但roma 2000还得按照规定披露罗马俱乐部在经营方面的一些重大信息.这里倒不存在秘密这一说.

但意大利的足球俱乐部有自己的特点,所以我们也看到了贝鲁斯科尼的政府可以出台法令"拯救足球".所以即使拉齐奥曾经负债到了那样的程度,现在照样打意甲.

但即使能够凭借那样的方式暂时缓解危机,那也不是非正常的做法.很多情况下得看别人眼色行事.罗马俱乐部现在进行财务整顿,显然问题已经比较严重了.所谓微调无以解决问题,大概是要经过大力整顿的阵痛的.

但我不大相信罗马会甩卖球员.森西如果闹到这一步,今年夏天就不应该是这副姿态.从最后买断齐沃情况看,森西还是有钱的.只是他不会原意无限制拿出钱来填到俱乐部里去.但如果甩卖,冬季转会期,是不大可能有好买家,尤其是好价格的.

相信森西不会让事情到这一步.
