Roma boss Fabio Capello is facing a striker crisis after Vincenzo Montella picked up an injury.
The Giallorossi already have Marco Delvecchio and John Carew on the treatment table but have today been given a further headache.
The Italian international has pulled a muscle in his thigh and will definitely miss the midweek UEFA Cup trip to Vardar.
However, he is also a major doubt for the game against Parma which leaves Capello with just three forwards in the form of Totti, Cassano and D’Agostino.
