caltagirone是Capitalia的主席Cesare Geronzi的密友,而在任何购买罗马的交易中capitalia都是至关重要的,此外,这个caltagirone还在政治上比较有影响力,罗马市长也是他的私人朋友.
Credible sources in Italy have reported for a while now that a group led my Roman businessman Gaetano Caltagirone will buyout Franco Sensi's interest in the club. Part of the ownership group may also be Capitalia who has a 49% stake in Sensi's oil company Italpetroli or "Ip". Sensi gave up this share of his company in exchange for the debt reduction. A large majority of Roma's debts were financed by Capitialia. Whether this group has arrived at a fair price to buy out Sensi is not clear. However, the deal was said to be near completion, and Sensi will be relieved of his interest in the club after this season. Caltagirone is very close friends with Cesare Geronzi, President of Capitalia. Capitalia is crucial in any deal to buy Roma. He also has major political connections on the national an local level. Rome Mayor Walter Veltroni is also a close personal friend.
