The last, but no less relevant, motivation that led us towards him is his great desire for Roma: he has thought about our Club for several days now and wanted to demonstrate his will to join us, considering this position to be an important milestone in his professional career. I want to talk about me, of my experience, of my story, without discussing other aspects. My objectives and football philosophy are without a doubt offensive, but I am well aware that in order to win a game you also need an excellent defensive base. In my career I pursued my entire coaching process in France, I began with the amateurs and then passed to the second division, where we reached a semi final of the French Cup. I then coached the highest category with Le Mans for one season. Following that I arrived at Lille, with which we acheived important results and where I stayed for several years". Why the desire for Roma? "We will work for the happiness of our fans. This is very important. I know the club and its players very well. Now I need to be there to get to know the people and become familiar with Trigoria, because this also is very important". What does this team need to be more competitive next year?  "As I was saying, I know this team and its components very well, but at this time we are working and will continue to work with Sabatini to understand what will be the most effective solution for Roma in 2013/2014. Have I already met Totti? No, I have not had the pleasure of meeting any of the players, but I am looking forward to being in Rome to meet everyone. I need to be able to love the players in order to start a project together that will take them far". THE JOURNALIST'S QUESTIONS FOR PALLOTTA What are the next likely scenarios for the club? "I want to start by saying that you should not believe everything you read in the papers. I think it is important to put everything in the right perspective: I was nominated president only 10 months ago and I am responsible for all decisions made, good or bad, since last August. Rudi Garcia, is the first coach that has been picked with my effective approval. I feel he will stay with us for a very long time. We have an excellent team manager at Roma. Italo Zanzi has been with us only 6 months, he has spent time knowing people inside and outside Trigoria and has been studying to do his job as best he can. Myself and my collaborators at Raptor dedicate a lot of time to Roma, especially to our team, not only to the financial initiatives. I am sorry if I don't respond with a statement everytime Roma is mentioned, but we do not believe this is always necessary. Everyday we work in perspective of what the team will do in the upcoming years. I will try to be in Rome more often, but I am sure that if I were to come more often Sabatini would ask me to come less(joking). As for Baldini, I want to thank him and underline that I appreciate him very much. I want to thank him for his service at Roma. We will stay friends for a very long time". How is the work for the stadium going? "I think that in a few months we will be ready to show a detailed plan. We have been working with the architects since January 2012, we are not far from presenting what our fans will find to be one of the best projects ever seen in Europe. I want to add that we have been proudly chosen as the opponents in the MLS All Star Game. Had we attempted to do this in the past we probably would have been turned down. We are also starting many initiatives in the next few days. We spend a lot of time dealing with the merchandising aspect. We have important partnerships with Disney and Nike, not everyone has this. With these great partners, the search for sponsors will be more simple and productive".

你对足球的信念是什么？
鲁迪加西亚：首先我想感谢今天到场的媒体，但是我宁愿暂时不去考虑我将在罗马的技术和战术策略，因为我在罗马的执教暂未展开，暂时我不能回答类似问题。我想谈论一下我过去的经历和故事，而不谈论其他方面。我对于足球的目标和哲学毫无疑问是进攻，但我深刻意识到为了赢球必须有出色的后防线。我此前的执教生涯都在法国度过，我执教生涯起源于业余球队的教练，然后开始执教法国二级联赛（应该是指在圣埃蒂安执教），在那里我和球队进入了法国杯半决赛。接着，我在勒芒执教了一个赛季并且取得了球队最好成绩。后面我到达里尔，在里尔我们取得了很重要的成绩，并在那执教了数个赛季。
 

你为何会对执教罗马有强烈愿望？
我们将为球迷的乐趣而工作，这是非常重要的。我知道罗马俱乐部和球队球员都非常棒。现在我需要到罗马去了解那里的人，熟悉特里戈里亚，因为这在我的执教中会显得非常重要。
 

这支球队下赛季需要更有竞争力

首先我希望表明，你们不应该相信你在报纸上读到的所有内容。我认为重要的是把一切都放在正确的视角：我在10个月之前被任命为球队主席，从去年八月份开始，我要为我们所做的任何决定负责，不管是好的还是坏的决定。鲁迪加西亚是经过我有效批准所挑选的第一位主教练。我认为他将在这里执教很长一段时间。我们有一位出色的球队经理（萨巴蒂尼）。赞齐加入我们这个团队仅仅才6个月，他把精力都集中在了解特里戈里亚内部和外部的人上，并已经开始尽他所能，将工作做到最好。我和我的合伙人花费了大量的精力在罗马上，尤其是在我们的团队身上，不仅仅是为球队提供经济支持。对于每次提到罗马（应该是主要针对此前意大利杯失利后拉齐奥主席洛蒂托的挑衅和讽刺）我并未用声明来回复表示抱歉，但我们并不认为每次都发表声明是必要的。每天我们都是在考虑罗马未来几年将会如何的视角下工作。我将尽可能更加频繁去罗马，但我确信如果我去罗马更加频繁，萨巴蒂尼会让我少去（开个玩笑）。对于巴尔蒂尼，我想表达我对他的感谢，而且我要强调的是我非常欣赏他。我要感谢他为罗马所作的贡献。在未来很长时间我们都将保持朋友关系。

从帕罗塔接受记者的提问来看，他确实打算更多参与球队的决策工作中来，而不是像之前那样放手不管。这和前几天新闻官说的一样，应该是不准备找总经理了，萨巴蒂尼+赞齐+老板自己。

感谢楼上上的翻译，每个赛季开始前的声明都是同样积极和振奋的，但对球迷来说，这些内容没有特别意义。
球队最近二年在比赛之余还是做了很多工作，球迷们应该是看在眼里的，至于成绩没有上去，原因很多。
新教练最要解决的几个问题就是逐渐适应这个新环境，拿出必要的权威，了解这个联赛的中下游球队。
要在罗马成功，从中下游球队拿足积分是王道，另外，如果加西亚先生有余力，可以尝试改变球队神经刀的气质。

德比这个事情，说纸面实力是没啥用的，德比都会排出最强阵容，而且球员会跟打鸡血一样，球场上的紧张局势火药味也会使比赛有更多的偶然性。毕竟里尔和朗斯的纸面实力并不是像尤文图斯和都灵那样差别那么大。这赛季一个最终排名第6，一个最终排名第14.
