Zanetti makes Samuel call

Inter captain Javier Zanetti has invited Walter Samuel to leave Real Madrid for the San Siro giants.
The latter is finding it tough to settle in Spain, following his move from Roma, and he’s been linked with a switch to the Nerazzurri.
"His worth is certainly not in question just because of his difficult start to his Madrid adventure," Zanetti told the Corriere dello Sport.
"He is a very strong defender, in fact he is definitely one of the best stoppers in world football right now.
"It is often the case that defenders are criticised when the whole team doesn’t play well. All I will say is that it is great here at Inter…"
The Milan outfit could certainly do with a new central defender after conceding 24 goals in just 16 League games so far this term.

The Ghana ace will be available for nothing in the summer once his contract at Bayern Munich expires.
Kuffour is a known target for Inter even if they are likely to face competition from both Milan and Juventus for his signature.
