Zenit coach Dick Advocaat has stated that attacking midfielder Andrey Arshavin is staying since Tottenham were unable to pay the 30 million Euros' fee requested by the Russian club. In the meantime, Ashavin himself has confirmed that he is not leaving Zenit. Moreover, with only 48 hours left until the closing of the transfer market summer session, it is highly unlikely that Zenit would suddenly let Arshavin go. It really looks like Arshavin is staying at Zenit (at least until January).
