Lupatelli Hoping In Roma Return
The Fiorentina goalkeeper admitted that he would like to go back to the Capital city, even as a reserve player. Cristiano Lupatelli is currently a Viola player, but he told SuperNova TV that he does not exclude the possibility that he would move back to Roma if the opportunity arises.
"Surely it would please me a lot to go back since in Rome I lived for three years, including the Scudetto one.
"A fabulous environment, I still have very beautiful memories. I would gladly return, it would please me a lot. However, I'm not a free player since I still have a year of contract left with Fiorentina."
When asked if he would accept the role of second goalkeeper, Lupatelli had no doubt in his reply.
"I would surely accept. In Rome I was well and I shared fantastic moments.
"Amongst other things, I also wed a girl from Rome. I would gladly return and I would accept also the role of twelfth player."
