罗马队长托蒂认为冠军杯是罗马在新赛季首要的争夺目标。

“我真的非常希望能在欧洲赛场上赢球，我已经赢得过意甲冠军，但是从来都是在冠军杯第二阶段就被淘汰了。当然，如果能再次获得意甲冠军我也会很高兴。”

尽管托蒂上赛季打进20个联赛入球，但是罗马还是排在ac米兰之后位居第二，随后的欧洲杯对于托蒂来说也充满了失望。现在的托蒂非常希望能在新赛季夺回自己失去的东西。

托蒂说：“我对上赛季感觉十分失望，但是我们将拥有一个伟大的新赛季。普兰德利正是适合我们的优秀主帅，我们是一个富有朝气的团队，而且对胜利充满渴望。”

“个人目标？我希望进球数能够超过上赛季的20个，并且争取在罗马新赛季的首场比赛就打进我的第100个意甲进球。”（注：托蒂现在的意甲进球数为98个）

Totti targets Champions League

Roma captain Francesco Totti is placing European glory ahead of domestic success for his beloved club this season.
After pledging his future to the Giallorossi, Totti is now hoping to dominate the headlines for the right reasons by leading the club to silverware.

The Italy international's Euro 2004 ended in disgrace but he is now focused on the impending club campaign at Stadio Olimpico.

Totti's personal target this season is glory in the UEFA Champions League as it is a competition that has eluded him so far in his career.

"I'd like to win the Champions League because I've already won the scudetto," said Totti in a radio interview.

"Also, because every time I have played in this tournament, we have always lost in the second round.

"Certainly, another scudetto wouldn't be bad, too."

Roma will be coached for the coming season by Cesare Prandelli and Totti feels the club have selected the perfect successor to the departed Fabio Capello.

He added: "When the club called me to ask me for my opinion, I said he was the ideal coach.

"We have a big will, it will be a great year. Certainly, we will enjoy it."

罗马的实力确实不比他们弱，但是他们的联赛压力比罗马要小，尤其是PORTO，夺冠简直是平步青云，意甲可是有黑暗的北方势力~~~~~~~~~~~~
