【庆祝贴】斯帕莱蒂与罗马签约两年，成为新任主教练 - 永恒罗马论坛

本周五，罗马俱乐部官方正式宣布，任命卢西亚诺-斯帕莱蒂为球队的新任主教练，双方签定了为期2年的执教合约。据悉，合约中还包括，第三年的优先续约权，斯帕莱蒂的年薪将为220万欧元。

俱乐部公告： 罗马任命斯帕莱蒂为一线队主教练合同期为两年，第三年斯帕莱蒂有选择权税前年薪220万欧元，同时还有实现既定目标的奖金斯帕莱蒂将带来自己的教练组 6月21日，周二下午16：00，罗马将在福尔维奥.贝纳尔迪尼中心举行官方新闻发布会 斯帕莱蒂本人在俱乐部网站上的发言： “现在，我终于可以表达自己有机会执教罗马这样一支球队的激动心情。这是我职业生涯中非常有意义的一个阶段，尽管我非常清楚地知道，在一个不熟悉的环境中实现重要目标所面临的困难。或许这正是事情的美妙之处。我知道我等于将罗马这个城市和始终如一支持球队的罗马球迷的期望背负在了肩上。我承诺努力工作，勇于奉献辛勤劳动。但在认识森西家族，与作为头号球迷的主席接触后，我相信无论多大的困难都可以克制。现在的罗马是我出发的起点，但现在我更愿意将这愉快的一天当作激动人性的冒险之旅的开始。”（永恒罗马网）

泽曼一直在痴心得等罗马的消息，斯帕莱蒂一加盟，他下赛季可怎么办呀？

Spalletti demands Roma discipline

Luciano Spalletti has announced the first thing he’ll do as Roma boss is to return discipline to the squad, but couldn’t promise what he’d achieve in his first year.

“I can’t exactly pledge to win the Scudetto,” conceded the Coach in his presentation Press Conference. “I’ll start out from the overall behaviour of the side and will invite everyone to return to normal. These are players of undoubted quality and we have to begin by getting their priorities in order.”

The chaos that ensued at the Olimpico after Fabio Capello left in May 2004 has seen four different Coaches move through the club. Two of them – Rudi Voller and Gigi Del Neri –pinpointed a lack of discipline and respect as the reason for their resignation. The pressure is now on former Udinese boss Spalletti to command the Giallorossi egos.

“I received two or three anonymous messages inviting me to turn back, but also others welcoming me to Roma,” he revealed. “I prefer to consider letters with a name at the end of them. This is a beautiful city and I am not concerned with the fans’ initial attitude towards me.”

Nonetheless, only 30 supporters turned up to the Trigoria training ground to salute the new Coach and it’s unclear how he’ll cope with the notoriously difficult atmosphere. In the meantime, Spalletti will find several signings already on the club books.

“I have only see Samuel Kuffour and Shabani Nonda on television and they seemed like good players, albeit ones with a few problems of late. Rodrigo Taddei has quality and physique, so I agree with all three decisions to bring them here.”

With these players arriving, another looks set to leave, as reports suggest Antonio Cassano could complete his move to Juventus as early as Thursday evening. Would Spalletti agree to release him?

“The transfer market is moving very quickly and Cassano has qualities that must be put into context within the squad. I will wait until I get to know him before commenting on these issues.”

Spalletti focuses on spirit

New Roma coach Luciano Spalletti believes that fostering a vibrant team spirit will prove key to rejuvenating the fortunes of the capital club.

The Giallorossi endured a desperate season as they finished just three points shy of the relegation zone in Serie A, and went through four different managers in the form of Cesare Prandelli, Rudi Voeller, Luigi Delneri and Bruno Conti.

Roma have now turned to former Udinese coach Spalletti who pledged to affect a change in the dressing room whilst refusing to speculate on his side's title chances for next season.

"The Scudetto is difficult. Besides, it is not the moment to talk about deadlines or objectives for the season," Spalletti told a news conference.

"A team must have the right mentality. It must be well-balanced and the players have to be willing to work for each other.

"These are the things that give a squad momentum. Until these are in place, you can't do anything.

"Tactics are not the most important thing.

"In my last season with Udinese, for example, we played several different kinds of formation, but what made the team work was the spirit inside the dressing room."

Spalletti insisted that he was fully focused on his new role at Stadio Olimpico after walking out on Udinese after guiding them to an unprecendented fourth place in Serie A, and the UEFA Champions League football such a finish entails.

"All I am thinking about is Roma," Spalletti declared.

"Udinese have shown in the past that they know how to deal with situations when people move on.

"This (Roma) is a club of worldwide importance, with some very important footballers. I'm proud to be here. If we can rebuild the right spirit here we will get some good results."

Spalletti was also reluctant to comment on speculation that star attacker Antonio Cassano could be the subject of interest from Serie A champions Juventus.

"I don't want to speak about the transfer market at the moment.

"Obviously, Cassano is an important player, but it's too early to talk about individuals.

"There are other key players that I have to get to know."
