Al suo posto in difesa potrebbe giocare Maicon (o Torosidis) assieme a Manolas, Ruediger e Digne. In attacco l’assenza del bosniaco e la partenza di Iturbe («Porterà alla squadra creatività, ritmo e astuzia» ha detto Howe il suo nuovo allenatore al Bournemouth) verrà compensata da Salah, Gervinho e Iago Falque. Francesco Totti è prossimo al rientro ma a Verona verrà solo convocato, contro Milan ed Hellas avrà più possibilità di essere titolare.

其实这场如果老大不上，433 最合理，没有那英和小皮，其它整形真的不行，而且中场最好是德罗西和凯塔都跑不动，万凯尔实力有限，估计只能踢防守反击了，反而会有好的效果。

<P>如果按这个阵容踢的话，应该是踢442，法尔克回撤到踢左边前卫，鸟和鹤双前锋，德罗西和万凯尔双后腰，小佛右边前卫，442这个阵型是客场兵败白俄罗斯后，球队发挥较好的一个阵型，加西亚那段快下课的时间就是靠它保命的，结果保命成功后，加西亚又大旗一挥，继续死命433，又踢出了一个半月不赢球的局面。</P>

      当地时间1月4日，罗马球员们在特里戈里亚基地进行了例行训练。

      德罗西（右脚踝不适）、凯塔（小腿肌肉不适）单独训练；本赛季被租借到弗洛辛罗内的维尔德已经提前回到罗马，并且和全队一起正常训练。

      罗马球员们首先进行了热身，随后进行了控球训练和分组攻防演练。

<div>维尔德那次首发足够惊艳，特点类似于佐拉，米科利，乔文科，技术很好，意识也不错，能传威胁球，与利亚伊奇的配合很有默契，助攻利亚伊奇得分那球传的很漂亮，关于他在佛洛西罗内的遭遇，算是小挫折吧，他如果去恩波利就好了，恩波利几乎都是90后的天下。</div>

Le cattive notizie non vengono mai da sole e quindi, poco dopo aver diramato il comunicato coi convocati, Garcia potrebbe aver perso per domani Lucas Digne. Il difensore francese è uscito da Trigoria con la sua auto ma ha avuto un incidente: la vettura è distrutta ma per fortuna per Digne non ci sono problemi e il difensore della Roma è illeso. Ancora non ci sono disposizioni dalla Capitale ma Digne potrebbe comunque essere in forse per la trasferta veronese.

要是赢不下来，也得看情况，如果气势也没打出来，而且又和竞争对手拉开了差距，那么加西亚是该走了，基本上罗马下半赛季也就是争三的命了。<div>加西亚能留下来的唯一条件，欧冠8强，或者联赛夺冠，（或者与榜首差3分之内，也许要是没合适的教练也许还会继续留任，）否则只能走了！</div>

估计这场比赛完全没有组织可言，后场直接将球吊上去，三边锋拿到球一味突突突，拿不到球在中间争夺。因为对方喜欢犯规，也会有不少比赛停顿时间，总之一直没有找到比赛节奏。到后来仍然找不到入球，球员开始焦急、急躁，全队压上，却一直进不了禁区，还常常给人家打反击。终于在一次对方的反击中，后防队员被迫放倒对方球员，领红宝石卡离场。从而触发了队员常被粗野拦截的怒火，双方扰攘一轮，各有一人离场。因为踢少一人，最后被人狂轰猛炸，最终客场守住一分回家。

老板不懂球完全依赖管理层是很致命的，喜欢干涉球队，动不动得按自己意思来也很致命，罗马和皇马就是两个极端，帕洛塔明明有换帅的想法，偏偏下不了决心，相信管理层的力挺，一个犹豫错过了圣诞假期，想想人家国米的托希尔，换起帅来起码不手软，一旦没了欧冠联赛打，就罗马的经济收入和现在整体偏高的年薪体制，悲剧搞不好就来了

现在最不想看的就是罗马的球。加西亚没问题，球又不是他踢的，球员薪资排意甲第二，真是害了球员，以后谁还要年薪百万，立马卖掉，球员有钱就不会踢球了，还是穷的时候舍得拼命，舍得花力气。瞧瞧亚特兰大，恩波利，萨索洛，都灵，切沃，乌迪内，没有球员过百万年薪，踢得球照样好，罗马应该向他们看齐。

Garcia: “I Can’t Say Anything to the Players.”

Roma boss Rudi Garcia wasn’t particularly pleased with the way his side squandered a lead against Chievo to tie but underlined a bright spot in Sadiq Umar.

After the game the French tactician told Mediaset Premium,:

“I can’t say anything to the players. It’s obvious that we dropped two points today. We were up by two goals and we shouldn’t have conceded their first goal. When we were up 3-2 there wasn’t much time left and we conceded from a dead ball. Today it was hard as important players were missing, but I thought it was still possible to win with these players.”

When asked for his thoughts on the fact that even second place is becoming further and further out of their reach, the former Lille boss said,:

“Yes, it’s true but we play again on Saturday. We will hopefully recover a number of players. I hope that we didn’t lose Salah for too long. We will look to cancel out individual errors and hopefully keep pushing forward.”

Garcia was then asked to explain the importance behind the suspensions of three key players for today’s game. He told reporters,:

“A game without seven midfielders on seven can still take place. The players were all angry but we must channel this anger onto the pitch for Saturday’s game. It will be a great game against Milan and if we don’t want to lose more ground we have to win. We had a number of scoring chances, I’m happy for Sadiq as he is growing and it’s evident that we have a quality player. He’s important considering Dzeko’s absence. We’re short on players in the final third as well as in midfield.”

Much to Garcia’s dismay, a reporter asked him about his side’s lack of defensive solidity recently. In response he said,:

“At the moment, the players feel fresh both physically and mentally. Manolas was unlucky on the three goals but he’s been the best player since the beginning of the season. It’s possible that for one game he has an off-day. This team was coming off four consecutive games without conceding a goal, and now we find a way to score three.”

Garcia concluded his post-match interview by talking about the potential of using Sadiq against Milan. The Frenchman said,:

“He could be a solution but we hope Totti can play. Sadiq plays with enthusiasm and confidence. He fights and has interesting characteristics. It’s a shame he wasn’t able to score his second goal because he deserved it. He’s a player that offers us a lot.”

昨天困的要死，上半场看到进了两球安心了，准备洗漱结果被人拿下一球。下半场更揪心被干平后换下萨拉赫，难道他有点受伤，好在又进一球，实在困的要死坚持到最后十分钟我闭眼了，想着应该能拿下的吧。结果比分又被追平，我彻底愤怒得睡不着了[em22]
