<div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">看到论坛里面太多人在讨论加西亚的功绩，各说各有理，有的说加西亚年年能进欧冠，有功，有的说加西亚让人看不到希望，该走，我觉得无论对加西亚什么评价都得有事实数据来说话，否则空口无凭，无法服人，因此特意把近几个赛季意甲积分榜数据对比了一下，发现一下几点：</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">1，本赛季的罗马是意甲08/09赛季以来<font color="#ff0000">积分最低的第二名</font>（即使末轮全取三分，为73分，依然是最低），其次积分最低的第二名是08/09赛季的74分</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">2，罗马本赛季的积分（按73分算），如果拿到其他赛季，分别将位列第三名（13/14赛季，因为罗马上赛季是第二，因此顺位排到那不勒斯之后为第三）、第三名（12/13赛季）、第三名（11/12赛季）、第三名（10/11赛季）、第二名（09/11赛季，当赛季罗马80分第二，顺位排高于AC还是第二），第四名（08/09赛季），<font color="#ff0000">本赛季积分放到任何一个赛季，基本只能排到第三名</font></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">3，按上面的这个排名放到其他赛季的欧冠正赛情况是，13/14赛季欧冠附加赛、12/13赛季欧冠附加赛、11/12赛季欧冠附加赛、10/11赛季欧冠正赛、09/10赛季欧冠正赛、08/09赛季欧冠附加赛，也就是说按本赛季的积分到其他赛季基本只有打附加赛的份。</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">4，罗马本赛季的还剩一轮的情况下进球数为53球，是近6个赛季最低，其次最低是10/11赛季的59球，也是近6个赛季进攻最差的第二名，进攻倒数第二差的第二名是09/10赛季的罗马，68个球。丢球数为29个，比上赛季的25个多，但相比近几个赛季丢球数较少</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">另外我这里没有每个赛季各个俱乐部的投入的数据，有的朋友可以帮忙贴一下</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">我个人的结论是加西亚的成绩肯定是比前面的恩里克和泽曼好很多，不过加西亚有几个很不乐观的数据</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">1，习惯于高开低走，连续两个赛季都出现高开低走的现象，这一定不是偶然的，一般正常的教练带球队是开始成绩一般，逐步稳定，中段创出新高，而加西亚恰恰相反。</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">3，本赛季虽然得了亚军，但是其中的水分有目共睹，并不是因为球队战绩持续保持稳定，而是因为意甲其他球队实力下滑的更快，一旦那不勒斯，国米，AC这几个球队缓过气来，我认为我们将掉到第三名的位置</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">4，加西亚的战术应变创新能力比较有限，决定了当大多数意甲球队适应了他的战术体系之后，将很难再有所作为，球队的防守相对过去改善了较多，但是是以牺牲进攻为代价的，尤其很多场比赛可以看到，球队大多数时候在中场做着无谓的控球，但向前推进的时候却是相当的吃力，即时明知道对手已经加强了逼抢和防守力度，也从不轻易打快攻，因此球队进攻数据在持续下降，包括在里尔时期他的数据也是高开低走，说明加西亚对进攻的调教能力很有限，而且对战术的创新和应变能力不高</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">综合来看，加西亚除非对自己做出壮士断腕的改变决心，否则他的战绩只会持续下降，否则下赛季我们肯定会滑落到第三甚至丢掉欧战资格，不过以加西亚保守的特点来看，很难看好他的改变。</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><br></div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">本赛季（截止37轮）</div><div style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><table id="div_Table1" width="638" border="1" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0" bgcolor="#FFFFFF" class="tdlink" style="font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; 其实总结下，加西亚最大的问题就是2个：
1.战术，缺乏变通。第一赛季凭这套433战术破了联赛积分记录，但第二赛季别的队把他的这个控球反击战术都吃透了，纷纷打起了紧逼和龟缩防守，再加上非洲杯的影响和关键球员（鲁曼、麦孔、卡斯坦）的长期受伤使加西亚的这套体系大打折扣，队长毕竟老了一岁状态下降，中场唯一能传威胁球的小皮发挥又不太稳定，有惊艳发挥但也屡屡隐身，导致我们往往看到的都是那英格兰在前插进攻一个当两个使，而加西亚也没有根据手头现有的球员做出及时调整和应变，导致了一段很长时间进攻无力的大保健踢法，直到德比这场决定他去留的生死战才终于让我们看到了他的思路和变化，战术合理运气也不错最终成功续命。希望这能是他改变的开始，下赛季如果还是那种半死不活的大保健踢法，不用任何人黑主席也不会留他。
2，用人，法国人的特有固执。喜欢的人用到死，不喜欢的人死都不用，还有的人时而往死里用时而完全不用，不能因材施教发挥出球员的最大潜能，其实这赛季的夏季转会是很成功的所以大家有了那么高的期望和心气都想和尤文掰掰手腕，但加西亚并没有发挥出球员的完全实力，非洲杯一开始球队也开始了掉链子的过程，而冬季转会也不理想，萨巴差点背锅辞职，像这次德比伊图尔贝的庆祝也看得出来是憋屈很久了，球员能力有，如何发挥出最大效果才是加西亚要考虑的，不能太用人唯亲了，还有在对年轻球员的培养上，潜力新星除了三代以外在他手上基本都用的不多，德斯特罗、利亚伊奇、伊图尔贝，意甲连续3个赛季的最佳新秀收入囊中却都没达到应有的高度，还有乌坎、萨那、爷的娃这种顶级小牛都没有出头之日，也是辜负了萨巴的一片苦心。
总的来说问题就是这些，但没有一个教练是完美的，毕竟一切还是成绩说话，加西亚通过德比保住了帅位，实现了赛季目标，至于下赛季能不能保住帅位就看加西亚会不会及时调整和改变了。
对于那些浑身上下充斥着负能量的喷子们，我教你们一句话，人无完人，像你们这种人再换10个教练你们也还是会黑个没完的，省省吧，想黑人就像楼主一样拿出点干货来，数据也好，分析也罢，至少有理有据让人信服，别像苍蝇一样光会在那里嗡嗡嗡的XJ8喷

为什么评论就是非黑即白，不支持你的观点就是黑或蜜？
目前的加西亚我是不支持，尤其是楼主说的高开低走，说明加西亚可以在夏天想很久，然后球队在开始阶段取得不错的成绩，但是他的变通能力太弱，一旦被摸透，基本就是陷入死循环，他需要很久才能反应并调整，这一点在打杯赛上特别吃亏，所以欧冠上我对我哈的期望会比较低。
至于联赛，目前看尤文独大在最近几年会越来越明显了，靠什么才能撼动，一方面就是打弱队分数都拿到，这个后半赛季明显是进攻出了问题。另一个自然是强强对话，强强对话比较喜欢一图，很野很能拼。
不过支持也好反对也罢，反正决定权不在你我，表明一个态度也没必要上纲上线，观点不一致不要人身攻击，都是一个村的

没必要这么大脾气啊大家，不管先抑后扬还是先扬后抑，都是第二。上赛季可以夺冠的分数拿第二，也没人多发奖金不是。

要我说加西亚这赛季最大问题是可能训练有问题，伤病太多了。大卡、鲁曼、麦孔、小皮（一直带伤）、兔子、新来的二伯、炖鸭、陀螺，这都是重灾区

大家黑点不练小孩我觉得很正常，毕竟这个只是副产品。另一个黑点鲁法国老熟人我甚至还特别支持，简直天经地义。换个马扎里蒙特拉这种没冠军没后台的，想撸都没地方。

罗马一直都存在伤病情况，说的好像只有加西亚运气不好一样，斯帕莱蒂在球员受伤的情况下摆出了无锋阵型，连续两年的欧冠八强，而当时罗马的投入远不如现在。作为一个教练，讲的是因材施教，而不是我就这一套东西，你球员就得套进来用。

关于教练，有个很著名的“拴狗论”，就是“这个阵容，教练席上拴条狗也能踢好”，这句话经常被拿来取笑其实上却是有道理的。但意思有点不一样，实际上的意思是“拴条狗能踢好，坐个人却未必”。在教练这个位置上，人未必比狗强，在足球这个项目里更是，因为比起球星，教练的权威更弱。

加西亚其实和恩里克一样，都是那种无为而治的教练（事实上安切洛蒂也是一个），在更衣室问题上基本是一昧妥协的。恩里克今年回到母队倒是有了点架子，但是没几天就被煤球王焦作人了。今年罗马的成绩虽然不尽如人意，但是拴狗而论，加西亚还是合格的，去年差不多是75分的牌打了80分，今年是75分的牌打了70分，都在误差范围内。

加西亚来之前，老马你看过里尔超过5场比赛吗？为什么现在就变成除名帅之外罗马最合适的教练了？
上赛季几个新援迅速融入，顺风顺水，这赛季伤病一来，加西亚的调整能力，战术能力一下子现原型了，下赛季留任当然也不是末日，只是继续浪费时间罢了，与其这样不如试试加南亚加北亚。

我也希望加西亚成长，半年前我就希望了，可这半年就是把满怀希望的人往绝望的方向推，现在的分歧只是有些人被推过去了，有些人还差一点，但一场德比胜利就让部分人如此坚定的支持加西亚，我是一点同感都没有<div>加西亚留任的话我还是希望他能成长，能成功，但要坚定的认为世界上就三种教练，一种比加西亚好我们请不来，一种就是宇宙中唯一适合罗马的主教练加西亚，还有一种是不如加西亚的，我真没这个底气，毕竟加西亚来罗马之前我压根就没听说过，怎么就能否认下一个“加西亚"的存在</div>

泽曼安德雷佐利下课的时候，加西亚也不会是你可预见的合适的教练吧？
加西亚来的时候，谁敢拍胸脯说一定比泽曼恩里克好？也是试一下而已，就像恩里克不行试一下泽曼一样。
球迷看球就这么大一个范围，看不了几个教练，但在这个范围之外，必然有合适的教练，就像加西亚来之前不在大多数球迷的范围之内一样。

论坛里的兄弟们，消停会不好吗？
没有什么加蜜和加黑。
所谓的加蜜，只是今年第二名次是可接受的。这没有一点问题，但请不要把这个第二完全归功于加西亚，而把他奉为天人，战术大师。他真没有战术。
所谓的加黑，也算我一个，在微博上没少骂他。“加黑”们不是要让加西亚带着现在这些夺冠，第二的名次也是可接受的。但是，重点都是在但是这，在经过了上个赛季的辉煌之后，意甲各支球队都对我村布置了相同的战术，收缩防守，高位逼抢，加西亚做了什么？在热鸟都鸟成那个样子了，整场比赛都看不到他，他还是场场主力。直到受伤上不了场为止。加西亚还在说看状态上场，可笑不？
我真不知道加西亚每次都在本本上记了点什么，也许真像我在微博上调侃的：他只记的热鸟，其他人不用记。

总结来说：
1、第二的成绩完全可以接受。
2、加西亚基本会留任。
3、下赛季还是现在这样，继续黑。

95年开始关注罗马，我不是懂球帝，只是totti脑残粉，今年下半赛季踢成那个B样的情况，20年未见。

我已经重复过了，我们现在还在组建框架。
冠军，绝对不是一天能够拿到的，罗马要做的还很多。
即使换了加西亚，罗马的路也不见得会少走。我们应该有计划，有步骤的一步一步去完成。
换掉加西亚解决不了现在的问题。

老马心态比较平和，挺好。
传统强队有底蕴，换帅不慌神。但罗马是正在慢慢组建有竞争力的球队，这过程需要稳健，不能翻车，不能倒退。换帅如换刀，弄不好球队又得从零开始，那稍稍凝聚的强队底气又没了。加西亚优劣明显，但犯错概率可控，不至于把罗马带沟里去。只要罗马再有个两三年持续打进欧冠，强队底气就来了，到时候换帅带来的不可控风险就小很多，而且也有吸引大师级教练的能力了。
目前，既然加西亚尚可一用，何必非要叫嚷着换帅呢，毕竟淘换一个好教练的概率太小了，举目四望，也没几个明显合适的人选。

估计会有人把那些有名字的候选人一个个找些原因否掉，但没关系，还有个“其他”，这里面没有上百，也至少几十个，我们不认识，俱乐部管理层认识，何况目前“唯一适合罗马的”加西亚两年前也是从“其他"里面脱颖而出的<div>其实现在我已经不太指望会换主教练了，但加西亚如果停滞不前，继续这下半赛季的表现，被换是迟早的</div>

看了90%的比赛，能有这样的讨论，对你对足球的理解表示怀疑！网友们都说了这么多了，还不能当成你需要的理由吗？至于目标，现在趁双雄萎靡我们当然追求更高的目标，加西亚赛前喊的争冠，赛季中后期的争第二，赛季后期的保欧冠！这不也是这赛季他目标的不停转变吗.你总强调换了加西亚不一定来强的，那我反问你你怎么就知道换来的就比他弱、评判强弱的标准是什么？现在有机会请来的在你眼里都是不如加的吗.就下半赛季的表现，我觉得不用啥名帅一般的意甲教练都不输他！阵容不整伤病这些理由说的太多了，再不济看看对意甲中下游球队的成绩，阵容再差比这些差吗？别说强强对话了，赢了一场拉齐奥能平反？你不看比赛的过程吗？

那些对罗马现状很满意的朋友是不是都没怎么看罗马的比赛，尤其是下半赛季的。赛季结束看个新闻，赢了德比，锁定第二，感觉还不错。不看过程的人都不会觉得这个结果多糟，换作我只看结果确实也挺好。但是过程让人看不到希望，今年的意甲第二就是几只球队比谁更烂。等米兰双雄崛起了，就加西亚这德行，前三无望，无虐菜以及强强对话能力。如果你们下半程都看比赛了还觉得感觉良好，真是大心脏！

怎么突然感觉加西亚比泽曼恩里克安德雷还差了。。。。

之前不是有新闻吗，说安胖子下课，我狼有联系，但是被拒绝了。如果新闻是真的，那么高层不是没考虑过，但是高层看上的目标失败了。

其实论文里大家也都一样，这个赛季说好肯定不算好，但是说差也不至于，加西亚两年第二，上一个是光头吧，现在想，光头在我狼历史上肯定不至于是个差教练吧。问题是大家对这个赛季的评价是连续的，比如A打65分，B打71分，但是换不换教练就是0和1两个数，造成了分化。

而且有人的说法是“换教练下赛季可能更糟”，有人说“不换教练可能更糟”，换不换都可能好或坏，换的成本不是更大吗。

这两年成绩：1，单线，最好的第二；2，双线，欧冠小组未出线，联赛勉强第二。这个成果不差的。

练小孩之类的，我虽然也想让小孩多出场，但是实在是评价一个教练的很小的方面。

哪个名帅在成长前一跃进入大球队，阿格莱里在卡利亚里这种小球会，到了米兰第一年就冠，迪佛朗西斯科就不是这样教头？另外，这赛季表现好的米哈伊洛维奇真不比罗马的加西亚差。除了和罗马比赛，其他球队一场没看过就断言其他某队主教练不如宇宙第一加西亚，这不是搞笑呢吗？
另外回几句，恩里克当时是让人失望，就是传传传，但是他提拔了年轻人，而且球队都是新球员处于磨合阶段，大多数人都希望再给他时间磨合，泽曼踢的是差，我自己也从头到尾的反对，但和加西亚比起来其培养年轻人的能力摆着呢。
我想说的是，加西亚来罗马后，难道不是站在巨人的肩膀上，假如他11-12赛季来，他就能进欧冠？他对强队的德行，能进欧冠真是烧高香了。
另外，本赛季罗马阵容可以争冠至少有一半的人喊出来，最后踢成这熊样。加西亚这赛季球我几乎一场一场熬过来的，熬到最后话都说腻了，每次重复那几句。
加西亚如果有一天走人，几乎没有给罗马留下任何财富（指对球员），除非下任主教练抱着433继续踢。无为而治的教练我要你干球，你罗马又不是宇宙第一强队。

这事儿很简单，本赛季虽然凶险，基本任务还是完成了。咱不比皇马，主教练还是应该尽量少折腾。况且换一个主帅，阵容都要相应调整，我暂时看不出管理层有想调整的打算
不过教练团队的调整还是很有可能的，比如请个调教进攻的教练，开掉几个兽医理疗师啥的。这也是改善，不要光盯着主教练

要说看其他队伍比赛，罗马球迷大部分只是罗马球迷，对其他队伍的了解甚少，对足球的理解也停留在罗马队上。
其他球队踢得再好，没义务知道也没必要知道，所以托蒂就是最好的，加西亚就是最好的，黑加西亚就是喷子，就是无脑黑。

但是一部分罗马球迷是比较博爱的球迷，本身并不是完全只关注罗马的，更多关注有很高观赏性的足球。足球比赛也更多是取悦这些球迷的。所以才会比较，才会经常数落加西亚的不是。

把时间浪费在不值一看的比赛上是自己的损失。那些喜欢看大巴对对碰的人，也经常在自己都昏昏欲睡的比赛之后，还在坚持说这比赛好看。论坛对于不满的人来说是个发泄的地方，对于虚荣的人，当然是个装的地方。

从卡佩罗之后，把罗马带到正常位置只有3个，光头，老拉，加西亚，都不是牛逼的名帅，现在变成非名帅就带不了罗马了，是意甲的水平已经恢复到7姐妹时代了？

其实我很喜欢在论坛里这样和大家斗斗嘴要不太无聊了~~
至于加西亚~~问题真的很多~~  对年轻人的使用啊  阵容的变换啊  有时候的确受不了~~
连平的比赛看了我也感到心塞~~
但是最好加西亚带领的罗马本赛季还算有个好的结果~~ 这个赛季困扰罗马的问题也很多~~
能取得这样的成绩我们也不能完全抹杀~~
如果罗马真的下赛季为了更高的追求，并且能聘用到更好的教练固然好~~
如果没有什么合适的选择和目的~~没有必要换掉加西亚~~  而且目前来看加西亚没有被俱乐部换掉的迹象~~
所以作为罗马球迷有意见可以公开发到论坛讨论~~ 但是我们是罗马人~~我们应该支持罗马支持加西亚~~

<P>确实，时间能说明一切，其实下赛季的目标现在大致都能明确，成绩方面联赛第二，欧冠争取小组出线，如不能，欧联争取进决赛，意杯鸡肋；球员方面在托蒂接近退役的情况下，必须培养出几个球员解决进攻方面的问题，目前来看还欠不少火候，边卫的问题这几年一直存在，一直解决不了，整个足坛也没什么物廉价美的边卫，也就这样了吧</P>

意甲保二争一，欧冠争取出线，这个是下赛季的目标。
不过如果小组没出线去踢欧联了，那么感觉罗马还是放弃欧战专心踢好意大利杯更好，期待早日夺10冠拿银星，欧联罗马要进决赛难度比意大利杯大很多，而且对联赛的影响也更大

虽然本赛季踢的不尽如人意，但加西亚还是完成了本赛季的基本目标，下赛季可以让他继续，罗马现在这个保二争一的情势需要维持下去，相信第三年可以有突破，关于本赛季的下半段大家能忘就忘吧，谁都有困难时期，有了这个赛季的经验，下赛季无论是主教练和球员都会涨球的，乐观乐观。
