新浪体育讯　昨天凌晨的意大利杯1/4决赛，国际米兰[微博]通过加时赛3-2惊险淘汰博洛尼亚，不过国际米兰也因此付出了沉重的代价，除了120分钟的比赛极大地消耗了球队的体能之外，佩雷拉和卡萨诺的受伤也让再一次拉响了伤病警报。
　　国际米兰已经在官网宣布了佩雷拉骨折的鼻梁接受手术的消息，同时确认了卡萨诺大腿也会出现了一些问题。实际上佩雷拉的鼻子在上周末国际米兰2-0击败佩斯卡拉的比赛中就已经受伤了，不过他还是带伤参加了国际米兰同博洛尼亚的意大利杯比赛，不过比赛中同对手的多次冲撞让他的鼻部伤病进一步加重，他也不得不接受手术。卡萨诺也是在意大利杯的比赛中受伤，大腿出现问题的他不得不一瘸一拐地踢完了加时赛，国际米兰方面在进一步检查之后确认为左腿肌肉拉伤。国际米兰方面并没有透露佩雷拉和卡萨诺的具体恢复时间，不过两人都可能缺席国际米兰本周末同罗马的联赛关键战。
　　此外天空体育透露，国际米兰主力中卫萨穆埃尔可能也会因伤无缘周末同罗马一战，因为萨穆埃尔仍旧未能从伤病中恢复，如果萨穆埃尔无法登场的话，国际米兰的三中卫将会有拉诺齐亚、胡安和齐沃组成。而米利托[微博]的伤情还存在着疑问，能否及时归队参加比赛还需要等待和进一步的检查。
　　不过国际米兰方面也有好消息，日本边卫长友佑都将会及时回归到球队中，这也会极大地加强国际米兰左路的攻击力。
