新朱里奥-巴普蒂斯塔

19岁的卡洛斯-亨里克-卡斯米罗（Carlos Henrique Casimiro）也叫做卡塞米罗（Casemiro），已经成长为一名备受期待的球员，这位巴西天才正在努力带领圣保罗打出优雅的足球。

本赛季巴西甲级联赛揭幕至今，圣保罗是仅有的四战全胜的球队，排在积分榜首位，卡塞米罗场场首发，在中前卫的位置上担当着核心的重任。

巴西天才也曾经踢过各级别的国字号青年队，最近还参加2011年南美U20锦标赛，是冠军队的成员之一，8场比赛打进了3球。

这也许事近些年最让人印象深刻的巴西U20阵容，有着像内马尔（Neymar），卡塞米罗（ Casemiro），达尼罗（Danilo）和卢卡斯（Lucas）。很多人相信这些球员是桑巴军团的未来，很可能出现2014年世界杯的赛场上。

绰号野兽的卡塞米罗毫无疑问会让人想起前圣保罗和皇马老将朱里奥-巴普蒂斯塔（Julio Baptista）（他的外号也一样）和拉齐奥的赫尔纳内斯（Hernanes），后者也曾经为圣保罗效力。

背景和历史

卡塞米罗在圣若泽杜斯坎普斯长大，他是由母亲抚养长大，父亲在他三岁的时候就离开了家庭，他是三兄弟中最大的，承担了许多责任。

卡塞米罗11岁的时候离开家乡去圣保罗青训营试训，从那以后，到2010年，他逐渐成为了一线队的首发。

优势

这位身高1.84米的球员身体强壮，是一名技术出色的中前卫，能够胜任后腰和前腰的位置。

最近圣保罗在演练4-1-3-2阵型，这对卡塞米罗来说是好事，他被放在前锋身后的中心地带，天赋出色的卢卡斯还有威灵顿（Wellington）分居他的两侧，组成了杀人不眨眼的中场进攻三人组。

卡塞米罗有着惊人的抢断能力和恐怖的身体素质，经常被描述为全能球员，可以盘带，打进精彩的进球或者助攻队友。

同时卡塞米罗在防守反击的时候有着快速的反应，头球能力出色，还有精准的长传。

劣势

卡塞米罗没有明显的弱点，除了他只有19岁的事实，他需要获得更多的经验，虽然他看起来已经做好了前往更高级别联赛的准备。

卡塞米罗的速度也不够快，不过他有瞬间爆发加速的能力，对他的健康方面还有很多要做的，以确保他能努力在场上踢球。

心智

卡塞米罗以他的决断力和勤恳而闻名，这是球队领导者的特质。在这个年龄上啊已经非常成熟，已经是自己位置上首发的优先选择，渴望成为巴西足球的重要人物。

现状

卡塞米罗最近和圣保罗续约，期限延长到了2015年2月，合同中有3000万美元的解约条款。

热刺想要打造桑德罗（Sandro）和卡塞米罗的组合，已经观察了后这一段时间了，据报道他们向圣保罗开出了500万英镑的报价。

AC米兰，尤文图斯和国际米兰都对巴西天才展示了很大的兴趣，而这一切都取决于他在2012伦敦奥运会上的表现。<br><br>

圣保罗副主席表示不想卖卡塞米罗，他的转会费起码也要2000万欧元。但事实是，卡塞米罗急于希望离开，他目前在圣保罗的年薪只有8万欧元，为全队最低。他已经拒绝了圣保罗33万欧元年薪续约到2015年的邀请。媒体预测1500万加一定的浮动就可以带走卡塞米罗，而且鉴于萨巴蒂尼和球员本人以及他的家人有良好的关系，罗马有望复制签下拉梅拉的一幕。

据《环球体育》报道，炙手可热的圣保罗中场卡塞米罗的经纪人与俱乐部的矛盾升级了，圣保罗体育主管阿达尔贝尔-巴普蒂斯塔对他私自造访国米和罗马非常不满。

该媒体称，日前卡塞米罗的经纪人造访国米和罗马的行为激怒了圣保罗体育主管，巴普蒂斯塔说：“昨天我收到了消息，卡塞米罗的经纪人造访了国米和罗马的总部，我想说这是非常荒谬的，他显然忘记了球员跟圣保罗还有合同在身。我得说只要我当圣保罗的体育主管一天，那么我就不会再跟他进行往来，也不会跟他所运作的任何球员产生关联。”

据悉之前国米曾为卡塞米罗报价1400万欧元，但立即遭到了圣保罗的拒绝。此外AC米兰和罗马也希望得到这名前途无量的新星。

我看到一个新闻，说萨巴可以采取迂回策略拿下卡塞米罗的，卡塞米罗如果转会在巴西俱乐部，解约金只有700W，所以，和一个巴西俱乐部合作，可以给圣保罗施加压力
