Roma, Take Me Back, Pleads Candela
Former French international Vincent Candela revealed on Wednesday that he would love to rejoin the club of his heart, AS Roma.
“I would return to play with Roma for free. I already live here, and have become a fan of this team. If they want me, I’m already there,” he told Roma-fan daily ‘Il Romanista’.
“I already spoke with Totti. He knows my wish. But I haven’t received a call. I don’t think they need me,” the 1998 World Cup winner added.
Candela played for Roma from 1997 until 2005, and was one of the main starts of the 2000/2001 Scudetto team.
The eclectic wing is now 34 with just a few seasons left in his playing career.
“Maybe I’m too old and Roma think I’m not fit any longer to play with them, but if they call me I would arrive immediately,” he concluded.

上次重温CM3，发现大坎其实只比托内托大一岁。
状态却在几年前就下滑了。
如果最后没有钱买左后卫的话，让大坎回来踢一个赛季也是不错的备选方案。
一个赛季后可以进入教练组。

其实老坎回来做个第三替补还是可以的，开10w欧元年薪就够了，经验，技术那是没得说的。

如果大坎近况不佳的话，俱乐部也可以考虑让他回来，给个几十万的工资养着，算退休金吧。
至于上场比赛，这只是部分球迷美好的愿望罢了，他很多年前就不适合顶级球队了

呵呵,欢迎阿,这才是我们真正的罗马人,可以考虑,回来踢个1,2年,然后挂靴进入俱乐部管理层,这才是榜样阿,也能体现俱乐部的人文情怀.

French midfielder Vincent Candela is on the lookout for a new club, but won't be rushed into making a decision...
Vincent Candela, the 33 year old midfielder, isn't quite finished with football yet.
The Frenchman left Messina on a free transfer this summer following the Sicilian club's relegation, and is on the hunt for a new club.
The player said, "I still have a passion for football, but we will have to wait until the end of August to know what comes next.
"I’m looking for an interesting challenge at a club where I can enjoy myself. I have great affection for Italy, but if that offer comes from abroad I may accept."
The former Roma stalwart spent eight years at the capital side before a whirlwind tour of several clubs, starting with a short spell with Bolton in 2005.
Then came a near-season long spell with Udinese, whom he left for Sienna in mid-2006. Finally, he joined Messina on a short-term deal.
The player has allegedly rejected moves to Red Star Belgrade, Reggina and nearly-relegated Torino.
