Reggina goalkeeper Ivan Pelizzoli is the latest Serie A star to be moving to the rich league of Russia.

It was confirmed last night that Reggina had accepted a £2.5 million offer from Lokomotiv Moscow for Pelizzoli, who is on his way to Russia to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical.

Napoli general manager Pierpaolo Marino has declared their interest in Real Madrid's unsettled striker Antonio Cassano.

Marino said yesterday: "We must be prepared to sign players of his calibre. It's not true that Napoli are not interested in Cassano.
