Montella: Roma need me Monday 30 January, 2006
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vincenzo Montella is almost ready to return after a long injury lay-off and claims he’ll still fit in with Roma's successful new strikerless system.
“I feel better and am very optimistic,” said the striker who has scored just one goal in 10 Serie A appearances this season.
“My physique is responding well to treatment and, although I’m not entirely sure yet, I believe I can be back training with the squad next week.”
A recurring back injury required surgery before the Christmas break and, with Antonio Cassano’s move to Real Madrid and another serious setback for Shabani Nonda, this left the Giallorossi with no centre-forwards.
“The surgery wasn’t as effective as we had hoped, but it wasn’t damaging either. The problem is the vertebrae, as I feel pain there and we can’t yet figure out why, which means there’s no cure until we do. But I have confidence in the Roma medical staff and thank them for their help.”
However, the team flourished in this crisis situation with a new tactic that allows several players to push forward from midfield, winning all of their last eight official games. How will Montella push his way back into a side that has been so prolific?
“I think Coach Luciano Spalletti will be happy to have another player at his disposal,” insisted the ex-Sampdoria star. “Roma need everyone to contribute, including me. We have always believed in the possibility of fourth place and are finally proving our worth.”
Montella hopes to be back on the field in time for February 26, when Roma take on their arch rivals Lazio in the Derby della Capitale.
“This is a very special game for any Giallorossi player, but right now I am focused on getting on to the turf, regardless of who it’s against.”

不过冒似飞机回来后我们不一定能打的这么好，发现光头现在的阵型没有飞机的位置，中场几个人的配合已经如此完美，光头肯定不会随意变换。
不过还是希望早点康复，带我们飞的更高。

不能根治 只是会跟风湿那样一直痛治不好
回来后他也要适应几场才能融入现在的打法
咱们现在强调的是穿插跑动，让对方防守无所适从
托蒂和小曼显然更合适
